Enrolling at College

Once you have applied for your dream course, you will be invited to an interview. You will then be offered a place. You will not be able to enrol until after you have received your GCSE results which come out in August. Buckinghamshire College will then be open for enrolment. You will be sent a letter inviting you in to enrol for your course. We will keep in touch with you throughout the process updating you on the next steps. Enrolment Schedule

We at Buckinghamshire College Group are thrilled to open our doors to our new learners! If you’ve already applied, you should have received an enrolment link to complete at home, along with a specific date and time to visit us in college and finalise your enrolment.

To make your enrolment process as smooth as possible, please remember to bring the following items with you:

·         A form of ID that shows your legal name

·         Passport or evidence of your residential status if you have not lived in the UK for 3 years or more

·         Your exam results

·         National Insurance number

·         Contact details of a parent/carer or emergency contact

During your visit to our campus, you’ll have the chance to meet your tutor who will guide you in choosing the most suitable course and level to match your ambitions. You’ll also receive information about life at Buckinghamshire College Group, including the various ways we can support you on your learning journey. We can’t wait to share the wealth of enriching opportunities that await you at the college!

Please note that the whole process may take around 2 hours to complete. We value your time and are eagerly looking forward to welcoming you into our vibrant community.

How to apply

If you’re taking your GCSEs this year then now is the time to apply for your course at Buckinghamshire College Group.

We're sure you'll find a course that is perfect for you - and once you have, it's time to guarantee your place!

Applying is easy - everything is online which means that you can make your application quickly and simply - and we receive it straight away. If you do get stuck or have any questions our Admissions team is here to help. So if you're ready to apply - here's how to do it.

Make your online application

Once you’ve found the course that’s just right for you, go to the course page on the website and click the Apply Now button at the top of the page.

This will take you to our online application system. You’ll need an email address, a parent or carer's email address and information about your achieved or predicted exam grades.

It’s important that you take your time and complete the form fully – our Tutors will be looking at your application before and during your interview and it forms an important part of our decision making process.

Once you’re happy – click submit. If there’s any essential information that you haven’t completed then you’ll be informed at this point.
