Funding & Financial Support
It is possible that before you are able to attend Buckinghamshire College Group, you may need help in overcoming financial difficulties that make it hard to afford the fees, equipment, uniform or travel associated with your course.
We have various allocations of money each year, and these funds exist to help people attend college who may have difficulties with the additional costs of learning. Use the information of this page to find out able the different types of financial assistance that may be available to you.
- All 16-18 year old students are fully funded and are not required to pay fees.
- If you are over 19 years old then you may be required to pay fees.
- If you are unemployed, on low income or studying a Level 2 qualification or below for the first time, then you may be eligble for funding on certain courses. Contact our Admissions Team to determine eligibility.
- Courses over Level 3 may be covered by a student loan, such as the 19+ Advanced Learner Loan (click the purple link below for more details).

Support Available
The College Support Scheme (CSS) is available to give financial assistance with costs associated with a course such as uniform, kit, books, DBS check, trips and transport to those students whose circumstances mean that they may find it difficult to afford these items.
