Entry Requirements
To be eligible for our program, applicants should be between 18-24 years old and hold an existing Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) that aligns with our capabilities.
While we prefer potential interns to have reached Entry Level 2 in Maths and English, what truly matters is their strong desire to secure paid employment in the future, supported by their family. We also consider their ability to travel independently and work effectively as part of a small team.
An interview will be conducted to assess candidates' aptitude for undertaking basic manual tasks.
