What will I learn?
The Level 2 Diploma in Art, Design, and Digital is a dynamic program aimed at nurturing creativity and growing technical proficiency across multiple creative disciplines. This course serves as an essential stepping stone, offering students an introduction to Fine Art, Interior & Spatial Design, Graphic & Digital Design, Special Effects & Prosthetics and Game Art. You will develop a diverse portfolio and as the course progresses gain the opportunity to focus your own creative development in a pathway specialism of your choice.
The course aims to develop 'whole creative' - those who are able to produce work in a variety of modern creative mediums which is now expected by future employers.

How will I be assessed?
The course is 100% coursework with a graded final project.
The course is assessed through a combination of internal assessments and external moderation. Each unit includes specific criteria that students must meet to progress successfully. Assessments are designed to evaluate practical skills, theoretical understanding, and creative application.

To join this programme you will need 4 GCSEs at Grade 3 (or equivalent) including Maths and English.

Additional Information
You will spend three/four days a week at College.
Please bring along some examples of your art work to show to Tutors at the interview. Any candidates who do not bring work with them can only be offered a conditional place; meaning they will not be able to join the course until we have seen acceptable examples of their work.
There will be an additional cost for studio fees and trips.
