Buckinghamshire College Group are pleased to announce that their Level 1 Employability students recently participated in Company of the Year Awards for Young Enterprise and won the ‘Best Teamwork’ Award.
The students that attended the ceremony at Bucks New University proudly represented their fellow Level 1 Employability students and Buckinghamshire College Group. The team that undertook the Young Enterprise project where competing against companies from ten different schools across High Wycombe including Wycombe High, Royal Grammar, Great Marlow, Pipers Corner and St. Mary’s.
Christopher Barlow , Managing Director of the company shared the groups experience of running their own enterprise, skills they developed, products they designed, revenues they generated by organising different sale events at college and the future of their enterprise. They developed skills like Communication, Leadership, Financial Literacy, Networking and Time Management. By actively learning and honing these skills, the team have equipped themselves to navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship and maximising their chance of success.
Buckinghamshire College Group and Course Leader, Manju Yadav would like to congratulate the Level 1 Employability group on embracing their entrepreneurial journey and for their success.
