This bricklaying course is for you if you want to learn the basic skills required in this specialist trade to enable you to seek a job in the industry. At this level, you do not need experience, just enthusiasm and commitment to learn and undertake a range of small projects.

How will I be assessed?
Progress and achievement is recorded throughout the year via practical assessments, theory assessments, external tests and a practical synoptic assignment.

Entry Requirements
To join this programme you will need both Maths and English at grade 3.

Progression & Career Opportunities
Upon successful completion, you may proceed onto the Level 2 Diploma in Bricklaying if you have GCSE 4 (C) in both English and Maths. You will be able to find full employment in the bricklaying industry.
