Plumbing apprentices at Bucks College Group’s Wycombe campus visited Stuart Turner in Henley on Thames this week. They were there to see current and future pump and heating technology developments from Britain’s oldest and biggest shower pump manufacturer/supplier.
A recent 2-day Ofsted Monitoring Visit found that the Amersham and Wycombe campuses (previously College) had made ‘significant progress’, since its merger with Aylesbury College to form the Buckinghamshire College Group 17 months ago.
Peter Jones Enterprise Academy students were recently visited by local Forestry Commission worker Katie Stapleton. Katie came into college to talk to students about her work at Wendover Woods and of the opportunities for business students.

UAL Level 3 Extended Diploma Musical Theatre students put on a Cabaret evening at the Waterside Theatre, Aylesbury last night. This was the first event of its kind from Buckinghamshire College Group and a fantastic opportunity for students to show off their singing skills on the two year full-time course to a packed audience.
