The year-long Level 3 CIPD course finished earlier this month with 100% success rate.
The students showed a strong commitment and application to the course, motivated by the variety of interesting assignments. These were supported by inclusive class discussions which provided real-world examples and gave everyone the opportunity to provide input. One student stated “I found the course very engaging, not just HR but also self-development and confidence building”
The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Level 3 Certificate programme runs at our Wycombe & Aylesbury campuses. It provides a solid base in all areas of human resources, helping students to develop essential skills and strengthen their confidence in order to be more effective in the workplace.
