For the second year running a Buckinghamshire College Group Level 3 Acting student has won the UAL Awarding Body Performing and Production Arts Origins Creative Arts Festival Award!
Bucks College Group has successfully delivered and completed the first cohort of Cache Level 3 Award for Special Education Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO) qualifications in the Early Years, for 22 learners in conjunction with Bucks County Council.
Special Effects students Enya Hansford and Tsvetelina Maninkova from the Aylesbury campus have been selected to exhibit their work at Origins Creative Arts Festival taking place at the Truman Brewery in London this month.
The successes and achievements of over 70 students were celebrated at Buckinghamshire College Group’s annual awards ceremonies, which took place at all three campuses this week in front of hundreds of guests.
Natasha Ann Bates, a first year student at Buckinghamshire College Group in Amersham, has been crowned the Peter Jones Young Entrepreneur of the Year for 2019.
She received her national accolade after a gruelling ‘Dragon’s Den’ presentation in front of a panel of distinguished business leaders and entrepreneurs chaired by Peter Jones.
Computer Games Design students at the Aylesbury campus came out on top after winning the ESport National Enterprise Challenge run in association with Staffordshire University. Students had to research, develop and pitch their idea for an ESports game/event and present their final work to a panel. Judging criteria included the Idea, Design/Brand and the Presentation itself.
